  Purchased a wood insert. I had a few issues with some unexpected costs. Then had some minor operational issues. I called and the owner, Vance came out with the service manager about an hour later. They spent a significant amount of time with me going over the issues I was having. Turns out the issue was creosote buildup at the chimney cap/filter. I was so impressed with their response. It turned a so-so experience into a great experience. I’m thankful for their level of care and the investment of their valuable time. Nice job guys!
