  Beware: apartments in this complex have molding problem. They know the problem but, cover it with painting every time before a new tenant comes in.
  Their "collection" department also don't care about your disputes after you moved out. They have charged me for full house paint after living only 1,5 year due serious molding problem as well as poor paint job before we had moved in (by the way the countertops are in very poor quality as well as the list of other things, you need to clean them with bleach every other day otherwise you will have lots of stains on it). I disputed right after receiving the "collection" notice. They haven't responded to my dispute letter, haven't returned my calls, and finally paid what they had asked for since they gently threaten you to give all the information to some other not-so-gently collection agents as well as report this as delinquency to all credit reporting agencies.
  On the contrary, all the people in the office are very friendly and kind. They always try to help you with the issues you may have.
